Tracking — Frequently Asked Questions

How do I check my Tajikistan e-Visa application?

Enter the reference number from your confirmation, or the email on the form together with the passport number. Complete the security code, then select Track Status. If the e-Visa is approved, a download link appears on this page.

Where is the reference number?

It is shown on the payment confirmation page and in the confirmation email sent after a successful payment. Use the same reference when you check the status or write to support.

What do SUBMITTED, APPROVED, PENDING and REJECTED mean?

SUBMITTED means the paid application is under review. APPROVED means you can download the e-Visa. PENDING means a document or a correction is still needed. REJECTED means the application was not approved. The email on the form has the result.

How long does a Tajikistan e-Visa take?

Apply about two weeks ahead, while you are still outside Tajikistan. Extra documents can depend on nationality and travel dates. You receive an email when the e-Visa is ready to download.

This page cannot find my application. What should I do?

Check that the reference, or the email and passport number, match the form you submitted. This page only finds applications made here. If the record is still missing, use the update request on this page, or email [email protected] with the reference number.

Does an approved file replace a GBAO permit?

No. A trip into the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region still needs its own single-entry permit, in addition to the e-Visa.
