Cancellation Policy

Check every detail before you finish the application. A mistake can delay the file or lead to a denial. After approval, the name, passport number, and dates cannot be changed. A different entry date needs a new application.

a. No refund

No refund is provided in these cases:

• The Tajikistan e-Visa application has already been processed.
• The confirmation email has invalid details because of an error made when the form was submitted.
• You are no longer traveling to Tajikistan after you submit the application. An unused e-Visa or an unused GBAO permit is not refunded.
• An officer refuses entry at the border.

If the application has not yet been processed, a refund may be considered. That decision is at our discretion, and it depends on whether processing costs have already been incurred. Tell us as soon as you want to cancel. Any refund, whether partial or full, is a courtesy. We reserve the right to deny a refund request.

b. Full refund

A full refund is offered when the Tajikistan e-Visa application is officially declined by the authorities that decide the e-Visa.

c. Partial refund

A partial refund is offered when:

• Tajikistan, or the region you planned to visit, is closed to visitors at the time of travel.
• A natural disaster or a similar event makes the trip impossible.

How a refund is paid

A refund is returned to the original payment method. It may take 15 to 20 business days. Contact us as soon as you want to cancel or ask for a refund.

Use the contact form and choose Refund. Include the reference number, the name as it appears in the passport, and the reason.

We aim to reply within one to two business days. Closing the card page before payment does not cancel the application. The form stays saved, and you can return and pay later.
