About delivery

Read this policy before you submit the application. By submitting, you accept the terms below for how the e-Visa is delivered and accessed.
The file is sent after approval. This page does not promise a day on which the e-Visa will be ready. Apply about two weeks ahead.
1. Download from the status page
When the application is approved, open the status page with your reference number, or with the email and passport number on the form. A download link appears there. Saving that file is delivery. Keep it for travel.
2. Email delivery
The same link is sent to the email address on the application. Receipt of that email is delivery. Check the inbox and the spam folder. If a GBAO permit was requested, it is included with the approval.
Carry the same passport named on the e-Visa. Keep a copy on your phone or on paper in case the border system is unavailable.
3. If you cannot download the file
If the status shows approved and you cannot download the e-Visa, or the email has not arrived within 24 hours of that approval, contact us within 5 days of the approval. If you do not report the problem in that period, delivery is treated as complete.
Use the contact form and choose Application Status. Include the reference number.
We aim to reply within one to two business days.
Before you apply
Check the eligible countries list. A nationality that is not on that list cannot use this e-Visa.

Questions
How is the e-Visa delivered?
When the application is approved, the file is sent to the email on the form, with a link to download it. The same download is available on the status page.
What if the email does not arrive?
Check the inbox and the spam folder. If the status shows approved and you still cannot download the file within 24 hours, contact us within 5 days of that approval.
What should I carry to the border?
Carry the same passport named on the e-Visa, and keep a copy of the file on your phone or on paper. If you requested a GBAO permit, carry that permit as well.
