Refund Policy

Check every detail before you finish the application. If you find a mistake in what you submitted, tell us immediately.

Stopping an application is covered in the Cancellation Policy.

a. No refund

No refund is issued in these cases:

• The e-Visa application has already been processed.
• The confirmation email contains incorrect details because of a mistake made when you submitted the form.
• You decide not to travel to Tajikistan. An unused e-Visa or an unused GBAO permit is not refunded.
• An officer refuses entry at the border.

If we have not yet processed the application, you may be eligible for a refund. A refund is not guaranteed. It is at our discretion, and it depends on whether expenses have already been incurred. Contact us immediately after payment. Any refund, partial or full, is a courtesy and is not obligatory. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request.

b. Full refund

A full refund is issued when the application has been officially declined by the authorities that decide the e-Visa.

c. Partial refund

A partial refund is issued when:

• Tajikistan, or the region you planned to visit, is restricted or is not accepting visitors at the time of travel.
• That destination is affected by a natural disaster, or by a situation reported in global news, and the trip is impossible.

How a refund is paid

A refund is returned by the same method you used to pay. It may take 15 to 20 business days.

Use the contact form and choose Refund. Include the reference number, the name as it appears in the passport, and the reason. You can also write to the dispute and refund mailbox:
